Photography

So.. I have been playing and playing with my new camera and new lense and I am ahving fun! Just trying to figure it all out. Of course I love taking pictures of my own kids BUT it does get a little old after a while for them and for me... SO what is a girl to do..... Borrow some of your friend's kids. Here are some pictures that I took of Hayden.

This is the picture that I took for our Christmas card. It was 2 Saturdays before Christmas and I hadn't done anything about a picture for Christmas cards yet... so I made the kids but sweaters on over their pajamas and we headed outside to the front doorstep and I snapped away. 3 minutes later we had our picture and 5 minutes later Christmas cards were ordered... that was way too easy!!

In the Making

So... here I am with my first blog! I have thought about doing this forever and I am just now getting around to it! Why?? Maybe it will be my little source of sanity in this crazy house. Also, I want to share my love of photography with all who are interested. I absolutely love taking pictures of my kids and anything else exciting and have been told several times that I should "do it on the side". SO.. here I am! I am completely new to the whole blogging thing so bare with me as I am learning more and more everyday.
