Michael is ONE!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of photographing little Michael for his 1 year old pictures.  What a DOLL!  This little guy was absolutely adorable!  I wish each of these pictures had sound because little Michael's laugh is the cutest.  He was also such a trooper.  It was so hot & humid... even at 9am.  Michael held on as long as he could and even gave me smiles in the middle of his yawns at the end.  I have no doubt that little guy was asleep in the car before mom and dad got him home.  :)

Bridal Portrait

A couple of weeks ago I met up with Laura to take some bridal portraits.  Laura got married last year but never had bridal portraits taken.  She got married in the middle of summer so she never ventured outside into the heat with the photographer during her wedding.  Her mom realized that they didn't have full length pictures of Laura in her dress.  SO, that was our main goal... and to have a little fun while we were out there.  We met up at Aldridge Gardens one evening and the sky was clear.  Laura went to put her dress on and out of no where the black clouds, rain and wind rolled in.  We stuck it out under a gazebo.  20 or so minutes later the storms were gone and the light was beautiful.
