The Paradise Family

With a last name of Paradise... can there ever be a bad day??  I doubt it!!  These kids are absolutely adorable.  I have known these kids for almost 2 years now.  Bella, the youngest, is a tough one to "break."  Within the last couple of weeks she has completely warmed up to me which I consider a HUGE compliment.  We had fun playing in their new backyard.  Mom and Dad just had a HUGE rock retaining wall put in and it is beautiful.  After the typical family shots, the kids and I played dress up with different hats and scarfs.  The two older kids, Nicholas and Ava, had fun when I let them take control and snap a few shots.  I had such an enjoyable afternoon with all...





The Laird Family

I met up with the Laird family a couple of weekends ago.  We had to reschedule a couple of times due to one or the other being ill.  Third time is a charm and we finally were able to get together.  We headed out to Heardmont Park and let little Michael run around.  Michael started walking (running) since the last time I had seen him.  He was on a mission to check out everything. 

Another Adorable Family

First of all.... Dear Blog, I am so sorry I have neglected you and chosen Facebook over you. I have already made my first New Year's resolution and it involves spending more time with you. :)

Secondly, How can I be so lucky? Every family I photograph is absolutely adorable... It makes my job so much easier and fun at the same time! My adorable family from this past weekend was the Girouards! We headed out to Moss Rock Preserve. If you are not familiar with this area, click on the following link... such a cool place. http://www.hooveral.org/Default.asp?ID=485. We made it out there just in time for the beautiful fall colors.

I always hesitate on whether or not to post sneak peeks at this time of year with Christmas cards and everything... but I have to share just a couple of my favorite shots.

 

Michael is ONE!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of photographing little Michael for his 1 year old pictures.  What a DOLL!  This little guy was absolutely adorable!  I wish each of these pictures had sound because little Michael's laugh is the cutest.  He was also such a trooper.  It was so hot & humid... even at 9am.  Michael held on as long as he could and even gave me smiles in the middle of his yawns at the end.  I have no doubt that little guy was asleep in the car before mom and dad got him home.  :)
