Joseph & Payton came over the other day so that their mommy could run some errands. Since I had two adorable kids at my disposal I decided to take some pictures. Joseph has the brightest blue eyes I have ever seen... they just suck me in. Payton is just plain adorable.

Glennon Kids
I got to spend last Wednesday evening with Jake & Gaby Glennon. We decided to take pictures at the fountains in front of their subdivision. Of course the kids wanted to play in the water and they did a good job of holding off so I could get some pictures of them while they were still DRY! Gaby was ready and had all sorts of poses up her sleeve. Jake on the other hand was not as into it as his sister but he did great. He was really excited when we headed over to the railroad tracks. This was my first time taking pictures on railroad tracks and I was constantly checking to make sure a train wasn't coming. A little nerve racking. I need to find out the train schedule so I won't be so worried next time. :) Here are a couple of my favorites from our time together.

Matilda Jane
Ok... so a friend of mine in Kansas City had a Matilda Jane home show. (If you are not familiar with the clothing... it is absolutely adorable). Of course I had to participate even though I am 700 miles away. So.... my 1st order came in the other day and I decided that Harper and I would have to venture out and take some pictures. The plan was just to get a couple of cute shots to show Amy (my friend in KC that had the show) how adorable I thought the clothes were. I was having so much fun with Harper, playing peek a boo around trees and looking at turtles and ducks that it turned out to be more than a couple of pictures. More like 30 or so.... great for me as I will have more to use when I am scrapbooking. If I had known we were going to have so much fun I would have brought the other Matilda Jane outfits that I was completely FORCED to buy. :) Ohhh well... for another day. So here are a couple of my favorites from our time together yesterday....
PEEK A BOO!
Harper is trying to find out where the ducks went.
This is her sad face because she couldn't understand why the ducks swam away after she threw dirt on them????
Looking for bugs... she is just like her brother
I threw this last one in here because this is what I feel like happens every time I try to take Harper out and get some shots. I must have run out of skittles at this point and she said.. "that's it, I'm done."

Ross Bridge
So my Mom and Dad just came to visit me in Birmingham and they stayed at Ross Bridge. Of course we took advantage of them being guests at the hotel and we played at their awesome pool on Sunday. This waterfall is part of the decoration of the pool.... how cool is it and seriously.... why can't I let my kids up there to take pictures??????
Natalie
Thought I would add this picture that I took of Natalie a couple of weeks ago. I tend to take a lot of pictures of Harper just because she is home with me all day. Being the other girl in the family of course Natalie wants everything that Harper gets... even if that means being my model. Gotta be fair! :)
